What to Expect
Do you travel for weddings and events?
Absolutely. While I'm based in New York City, I photograph weddings, celebrations, and corporate events throughout the United States and internationally.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples reserve their date 8-18 months in advance, while corporate events vary depending on the project. If your event is approaching sooner, it's always worth reaching out. Last-minute availability does happen.
How do we reserve our date?
A signed agreement and retainer officially secure your date. Because I only accept a limited number of events each year, dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
We've never been professionally photographed. Will you help us?
Absolutely. Most of my couples tell me they're nervous in front of the camera. My approach is relaxed and natural, with gentle guidance when needed, so you can focus on enjoying the day rather than thinking about the camera.
Do you work with a second photographer?
For most weddings, yes. Having a second photographer allows for more complete coverage, multiple perspectives, and greater flexibility throughout the day.
Can we create a photography timeline together?
Absolutely. I'll work alongside you and your planner to build a timeline that allows plenty of time for beautiful photographs while keeping the day relaxed and enjoyable.
When will we receive our photos?
Wedding previews are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks, with the full gallery arriving within 6-8 weeks. Corporate event turnaround varies depending on the project, though many clients receive select images within 24-48 hours.
How many photos will we receive?
Every event is different, so I never promise a specific number. My goal is to thoughtfully tell the complete story rather than focus on a photo count.
Will our images be edited?
Yes. Every image is individually color corrected and carefully refined to match my signature style. I also include a curated selection of black-and-white images where they enhance the story.
Can we download the full gallery?
Yes. Your gallery can be downloaded in high resolution, shared with family and friends, and used to order professional prints.
Do you offer albums?
Yes. I believe your photographs deserve to exist beyond a screen. I offer handcrafted heirloom albums designed to preserve your memories for generations.
Can family members order prints?
Absolutely. Your online gallery includes access to a professional print store where friends and family can order prints and wall art directly.
Corporate Events
Do you photograph corporate events and conferences?
Yes. I regularly photograph conferences, executive meetings, brand activations, hospitality events, and corporate celebrations throughout New York City and beyond.
Can you deliver images quickly for social media and press?
Absolutely. Rush delivery options are available, and many clients receive a selection of edited images within 24-48 hours.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. I'm fully insured and can provide certificates of insurance (COIs) whenever required by your venue or organization.
What happens if it rains?
Some of the most memorable photographs happen in unexpected weather. We'll adapt the plan together, and I always come prepared with backup options.
What if we need to reschedule?
Every situation is different. I'll always do my best to accommodate changes whenever possible, and any rescheduling will follow the terms outlined in your agreement.
